The Pro Motorsports/ Rat Fink™ Teams Spirits are High

Blaine, MN June 9, 2000- The Pro Motorsports/ Rat Fink™ Nitro Funny Car team is prepared for the Pontiac Excitement National presented by Summit Racing. The team has had some challenges to overcome in the first part of the season. Like most new teams it takes some time to get the right mix together. Several adjustments have been made to make the car more competitive.

"We know Cory Lee can drive, we know the crew can tune, and we have seen the car run in the low fives at Brainerd last year," stated Jim Farnum, team owner. "The hard part is getting the right combination together."

The team will be stopping at the Matco Tools headquarters in Stow, Ohio Tuesday prior to the race. "We are proud to be a part of the elite group of Matco Tools drivers, explains Bill White, Vice President of Wholesale, "They have been a great asset to our team."

"All the obstacles we have faced this year will make the wins that much sweeter when we do accomplish it," remarked Cory Lee.
