Dennis Roth used a Rubber Ducky body for his 'Lil Newt' Trike Featured at Sema 2004

This Body Style was also used for The Pink Bazooka
Did Ed Roth Build the First Hybrid?  I have one that comes to mind the "Pink Bazooka".
This vehicle got like no press what so ever. I don't know Ed might have been just messin' around when he designed the thing. He didn't even publicize it that much. Most people thought it was a joke yet here we sit 30 years later and the big three are designing hybrids that use very similar concepts to that of Roth.

This wasn't just some hopped up golf cart it had it all. The Pink Bazooka was solar powered and had a honda 50 or 90 cc motor to power it when the cell petered out. Ed was a true visionary and way ahead of his time.
Rubber Ducky Body (Plug) For Sale
A body plug is used as a protective lining for a fiberglass mold when not in use. The plug is made of fiberglass it is just not as thick as a finished body!

This plug could easily be made into a body by adding more fiberglass to the underside. This plug is in excellent condition and ready to go!
Dennis Roth originally sold this plug to Kustom Builder Mark Moriarity. Mark then sold it to Ken Frost, then I purchased it in 2001
I had plans of building a Trike  for myself, but for now I can't really afford it and have decided to sell it.. I have a kustom create for shipping.

If you are interested in purchasing it,

Please call (661) 944-2299 for details.
