Greetings
my friends,
Well
we been going threw some changes.
This
years show will be at Los Angeles
County Raceway in Palmdale
California. it should be a real exciting show because this year all of our
vehicle entries will be able to take their ride down the track as long as they
meet tech inspection.
Show hours will be from
10:00am
to approx.
4:30pm.
Vendor reservations are first come first serve and your paid registration has to
be in no later than June 9thth 2005. Your reservation contract (that
includes your liability release) has to be signed when you send in your payment.
Load in will be the day of the show from
7:00am
to
9:00am
, anyone arriving later than that may not
be able to enter the venue.
Load out will be from
5:00pm
to 7:00pm
. PLEASE, you must load out promptly.
To make things easier Vendors will be able to
park their vehicle behind their booth space this year. The morning of the show
you will pull into your booth area first, get your vehicle situated then unload
and set up. This will make Load out a heck of a lot nicer for everyone too. How
Kewl is that? This means that booths are a lot larger this year.
A
standard booth is 10' x 10' to include space for parking is priced at $ 85.00
Canopies: Vendors MUST
be cautioned that any canopies that are put up must be weighted down with MINIMUM
25# weights on each corner of their Canopy. Alternatively you can also tie down
your canopy to your sales tables as long as the weight of the table can hold it
down incase of a freak wind. “Auntie
Em, Auntie Em!!!!”
Any vendor selling taxable merchandise is
required to hold a valid re-sale / event permit issued by The State Board of
Equalization. You can use your current Resale certificate or if you don't have
we will have a blanket certificate and you will have to fill out a tax
certificate with us at the end of the day. NOTE: if you already have a permit
issued from the Saugus Venue that will work.
If
you do have a certificate make sure that a “copy” of it is mailed in along with your
vendor space reservation. You will also need to bring a copy with you the day of
the show. If for some reason you are falling behind you can always fax a copy of
your permit to our office at (661) 944-2348.
